How do I sign up to Click on Clayton?
If you register on our website to become a member you will save €10/£10 per room per night in any Clayton Hotel in Ireland, the UK and Germany. Please Note, Selected sale and promotional rates are excluded from the discount.
What type of Adapters do I need when coming to Ireland/United Kingdom?
For Ireland the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Ireland operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
Can I get a delivery to my hotel?
Yes, we can accept a delivery for you. Please ensure the name your room is booked under, and arrival date are clearly marked on the package. The hotel takes no responsibility for any items delivered.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
To unsubscribe from emails, simply click/tap on the link titled unsubscribe and you will be removed from further email marketing. The link is located at the bottom of all email correspondence.
Where can I apply for a Job?

Can I pay as I go for your Leisure centres?
All of our leisure facilities are for members and guests only, we do not offer a pay as you go service.
Do you provide luggage storage at your hotels?
We can store luggage for you prior to check in if your room is not ready. We can also store luggage for a few hours on your departure day.
Can you store my luggage long-term?
We do not offer long term luggage storage. All luggage must be collected on the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners. Cash or Gift Voucher payments are accepted at the Hotel.
Do you take the one for all vouchers?
Yes, we take one for all vouchers in most of our hotels.
I’ve bought a gift voucher in £ can it be used in Ireland?
Yes, they can but please note that currency conversion will occur when payment is made.
Is payment taken straight away from my card?
Depending on the terms of the rate booked, credit card details are primarily used as a reservation guarantee. If you have booked an Advance Purchase rate payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
What is Pre-Authorisation on my card?
A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.
Should you choose to pay cash or a different card at the hotel, funds will be released to your preauthorised card within 5 –10 working days, depending on your banks policy.
Can I use a Gift card for security on my reservation instead of my Debit/Credit card?
We require a valid credit or debit card to secure all bookings. You cannot guarantee a booking with a gift card, it can be redeemed at the hotel once you check in.
Are cots available?
Cots and cribs can be requested directly with the Hotel you are staying in.
Are any of your Hotels Pet Friendly?
Unfortunately, none of our hotels are pet friendly.
Can I check in early?
We are happy to add this request to your reservation however we cannot guarantee this request as it is depending on the availability at the hotel upon arrival.
