Only a 15 min train ride from the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge is the seaside town of Dún Laoghaire. Where you will find the famous Teddy’s Ice Cream which locals love any time of the year. Buy the whole family a 99 and take a stroll down the pier taking in the beautiful views of Howth Head and the marina. There is a great playground for the kids to play around in too in the famous Peoples Park! From a zoo to Ireland’s largest wooden roller coaster Cu Chulainn. Tayto park is very easy to access from Dublin City. There is a public bus ran by Bus Eireann which takes about 45mins from Dublin city to Tayto Park. There is also car parking facilities at the park if you are travelling by car.

Dublin Zoo is Ireland’s largest family attraction which is located in Dublin’s Phoenix Park. It attracts over 1million visitors each year.
