New Year’s Eve Ball & Gala Dinner

This year, sadly, you won’t be able to go to the Ball! However, we are hoping to take a leaf out of Rapunzel’s book, and let down our hair next year and we will have updates in due course.

After 2019’s successful Hollywood themed BE-GIN the New Year Event with Glendalough Distillery and 1783 Schweppes Tonic. We are aiming for another sophisticated NYE gala ball, here in one of Dublin’s most iconic venues, Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, with a sumptuous banquet that will bring the flavours of Ireland to life!

What To Expect

Our concierge will greet you at the door, make your way down the red carpet to our pre-function area and enjoy a bespoke drinks reception. You’ll then be invited into the beautiful Clayton Conference Hotel Burlington Road Ballroom, home to many national and international events and awards ceremonies.

On the menu for the evening, a 4 Course Gala Meal, carefully curated by our Executive Chefs. Immerse yourself in the flavours of our dishes that will bring the tastes of the Island to your plate with a modern twist.

With a themed evening of entertainment evening entertainment and a DJ until late, you’ll dance the night away..

NYE Dinner Sample Menu from 2019

Last year our Head Banquet Chef, Sean, went out with Glendalough Distillery’s Forager, Geraldine to develop a bespoke menu, fit to ring in a new decade.

After a day foraging in Wicklow our team worked on a menu that would pair the flavours of Ireland with the Glendalough Gin and Whiskey in order to treat our guests to a sumptuous banquet.

No, unfortunately not due to Government guidelines.

Do you accommodate dietary requirements?

Dietary requirements can be catered for, and next year you can contact us in advance for details.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, and once we announce the theme for 2021 next year, it will be dress to impress!
