Our conference, meeting and events facilities are important elements of our “Clayton Keep Safe Program” ensuring the health and safety of our guests, delegates and colleagues.
Details of meeting facilities, room set-up, service & procedures as well as food & beverage service & menus will be sent to your meeting organiser in advance of your meeting taking place, so you know what to expect.
Meeting organisers will be asked to arrive 30 minutes before the event start time & check-in at the hotel reception on arrival. Although your welcome may feel a bit different & your meeting & events co-ordinator may be wearing a visor or mask, you can be confident of the same friendly welcome and excellent service with a smile.
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the hotel, supported by signage to promote good hand and respiratory hygiene and to accommodate social distancing & queues where they may arise.
In the interest of our staff and guest safety all meeting and events delegates are encouraged to wear a face mask when in hotel public areas.
