Surfing

The North West Wild Atlantic is famous for its long beaches that offer great surfing conditions. County Sligo Surf Club on Stand Hill and Rosses Point will get beginners upstanding on the board in no time and more experienced surfers will be shown where to find the biggest swell.

Sligo Bay Fishing

Sligo Boat Charters organise boat trips from Rosses Point into Sligo Bay to partake in deep water fishing. The skipper will point out the best places to catch fish and once the fish are caught, partakers will be brought to a local restaurant to have the fresh dinner cooked, or to a local island with a barbeque.
