Hotel Near Eagles Flying
At Eagles Flying you can get close enough to feel the flap of their mighty wings; kids and adults will be in awe of these magnificent birds of prey. Shows are twice daily (indoors if wet), if you’re lucky enough you might even be allowed to touch one of the birds! Before and after wander round the parklands and aviaries which are home to more than 100 eagles, hawks, owls, falcons and vultures. The centre also looks after many other species, you can meet some in the petting zoo!
Eagles Flying is Ireland’s largest raptor and owl sanctuary, entry fees support research and rescue injured birds and animals. The shows last approximately 1 hour (times can vary depending on the season so please check website), be sure to allow time to explore the grounds and meet some of the other animals in the petting zoo.
