Wimbledon
The All England Lawn Tennis Club in south-west London is famous for its tennis tournament that takes place each year in June/July. Wimbeldon attracts world-class tennis players as one of the last four Grand Slam tennis tournaments in the world to be played on grass. It’s a very traditional tournament which is known for its all white dress code for competitors along with the consumption of strawberries and cream from the spectators.
