A Historic Location for Dinner in Dublin

Our unique hotel has three 18th-century Georgian buildings, 35, 36 & 37 Charlemont Street. They have been linked to our four-story newly built hotel by a glass atrium. Number 35 was the birthplace of the great Irish American sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens.

Saint Gaudens was well documented in saying, ‘what garlic is to salad insanity is to art’ after discovering the quote we felt it fitting that our Restaurant should be named after him. So, we now have Gaudens Restaurant, with the Gaudens logo inspired by his famous Diana sculpture.
