There is also a bus service is available for transport from Bristol International airport. Bristol Airport Flyer runs 7 days per week, every 20 minutes. The nearest stop to the hotel is C1 Rupert Street & C2 Anchor Road. The hotel is located 600yards from the main street.
As of 28th November 2022, Bristol will become a Clean Air Zone. Clayton Hotel Bristol City falls within this zone. If you are travelling to us by car please make sure you visit this website.
Our hotel entrance does have steps into the main lobby so may not be suitable for all guests. Our accessible entrance is to the right-hand side of the hotel down St John’s Street, just at the end of our restaurant windows. We have an intercom which you can ring to gain entry 24/7. Please contact us directly on 0117 345 9401 if you have any specific requirements. This entrance can also be used for pushchairs and larger items of luggage.
Check-in time is from 15:00. If you do arrive earlier, we will try our best to get a room for you as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 11:00 and later hotel check-out times are available (subject to availability) at an extra cost.
We are happy to look after your luggage in a safe and secure storeroom at no extra cost.
Our Clayton Vitality breakfast is served in the Everards restaurant daily. Opening hours are weekdays 6.30am-10am and weekends & bank holidays 7am-11am.
Grab and go options are also available during these times, please arrange with reception on check-in or contact our reservations team prior to arrival on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can happily store luggage for you on the day of your arrival or the day of your departure while you explore the city. Unfortunately, we can not store luggage before your day of arrival or past your day of departure.
If you have packages being delivered please advise us so we can store these. Packages can be excepted the day before your arrival at the hotel. Clayton Hotel Bristol City can not accept responsibility for packages being delivered and can not offer long-term storage.

Our hotel has a fitness suite is available for all residents. It has a range of equipment including free weights, multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer, recumbent bike & upright cycle. We do not have swimming pool facilities.
We only allow service dogs into the hotel.
