Check-in time is from 15:00. If you do arrive earlier, we will try our best to get a room for you as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 11:00 and later hotel check-out times are available (subject to availability) at an extra cost.
We are happy to look after your luggage in a safe and secure storeroom at no extra cost.
We can happily store luggage for you on the day of your arrival or the day of your departure while you explore the city.
If you have packages being delivered please advise us so we can store these. Packages can be accepted the day before your arrival at the hotel.

Clayton Hotel in Bristol City Centre does not have onsite parking facilities and due to the pedestrianisation of part of Broad Street it is not possible drive to directly outside the hotel. You can find several Car Parks within walking distance to/from the hotel. Rupert Street Car Park is a 3-minute walk Nelson Street Car Park is a 3-minute walk Trenchard Street Car Park is an 8-minute walk (for EV charging). Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. While the main entrance of the hotel has steps, an alternative accessible entrance is available on John Street. Guests can use the doorbell at this entrance and a team member will assist shortly.
The historic Old City is pedestrianised with an automatic barrier at Newmarket Avenue limiting access to Broad Street.
To arrange vehicle access to the hotel please email the council at least five working days in advance at parking.businessteam@bristol.gov.uk with your number plate details. The hotel also offers accessible bedrooms designed for comfort and convenience, featuring adapted bathrooms with grab rails, ample floor space, and emergency assistance alarms. Please note the hotel does not provide mobility equipment.
