A Space Of Their Own
Our House Under the Stairs offers a cosy, inviting place where children can play. With soft seating, bright colours, and a relaxed setting, it’s ideal for reading or letting imaginations take over while parents unwind close by. It’s one of those thoughtful touches that helps make family stays feel that bit easier, giving everyone a chance to enjoy the moment.
Kids Club
Our Kids Club offers a welcoming space where our younger guests can spend time playing, creating, and making new friends during their stay. Designed for children aged 4 to 12, each session is thoughtfully planned to keep kids engaged and entertained, while giving parents the chance to relax, knowing they’re in safe hands.
Available during school holidays and selected seasonal periods, it’s a simple way to
add something extra to your family stay.
Each session includes a variety of activities to suit different interests and energy levels.
Creative sessions give little ones the chance to get hands-on with arts and crafts,from simple making activities to more imaginative projects. Storytelling brings characters to life in an interactive and engaging way, while group games encourage teamwork, confidence, and a bit of friendly competition.
There’s also time for more active play, with movement-based games that help children stay energised, balanced by quieter moments like movie time where they can relax and unwind.
End the evening with music, dancing and party-style games at our kids disco. With a mix of activities throughout, every session offers something different to enjoy.
All Kids Club sessions are supervised by our trained team, creating a safe and supportive environment for every child.
Children are signed in and out by a parent or guardian, with time at the beginning of each session to settle in, explore, and meet others before activities begin.
Our team are always on hand to ensure each child feels comfortable, included, and able to enjoy their time.
Teenage Zone
Our Teenage Zone gives older children and teens somewhere to relax, unwind, and spend time their way.
Designed as a more independent hangout, it’s somewhere they can take a break, meet others, and enjoy a bit of downtime in a setting that feels comfortable and easy.
Set up with a range of games and activities, there’s plenty to keep your teen occupied throughout their stay.
They can take on friends at the pool table, enjoy fast-paced air hockey matches, or test their skills on a selection of arcade games. There are also prize machines for a bit of light-hearted fun, adding an extra element of competition and reward.
The Teenage Zone offers a relaxed and informal space where teens can come and go, spend time with friends, and enjoy a bit of independence during their stay.
Sensory Room
A calm, welcoming space to support comfort, relaxation, and gentle play, our Sensory Room offers a quieter environment within the hotel.

Designed with care, the room features soft lighting, calming colours, and a comfortable layout that helps create a sense of ease. It’s an environment where children can feel settled, supported, and at ease throughout their visit.
A range of sensory elements encourages children to explore through touch, sight, and sound in a gentle and engaging way. These activities promote relaxation, encourage curiosity, and support sensory development.
Time to relax and reset
To ensure a comfortable experience for each family, the Sensory Room is available to book in advance through the Club Vitae desk.
Mini Golf
Enjoy a round of mini golf on our 9-hole course, a fun and relaxed outdoor activity for families and friends. Located within the hotel grounds, it’s the perfect way to spend time together, whether you’re playing for fun or a bit of light-hearted competition between activities during your stay.
Make a Splash
Add something extra to pool time with our inflatable obstacle course, available during the summer months and school holiday periods. A favourite with families, it’s a fun and active way for children to climb, balance, and splash their way through the course, all in a safe and supervised setting within the hotel’s swimming pool.

Baby Pool
Our dedicated baby pool offers a gentle and welcoming environment where babies and toddlers can enjoy the water at their own pace. The shallow design creates a secure setting, making it easy for parents to stay close while little ones splash and play.
With warm water and a calm atmosphere, it’s an ideal place for little ones to build confidence and become familiar with the water in a relaxed and comfortable way.
