Hotel near The London Eye

Excited to explore London from a different edge either from the air or the river?  For stunning 360° views of London day or night, a trip on the London Eye is a remarkable way to see the city. Prefer a boat experience? Then the London Eye River cruise is an ideal option for you. Join 40 minutes river cruise and see some of the most famous sightseeing objects in London like Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, Tower of London, Shakespeare’s Globe, Tower Bridge and much more! Stay warm inside when it’s cold outside or sit on the deck to see the most amazing views of London and listen to experienced guides stories.

Bear in mind, that during high season the queues to get a ticket to the London Eye can be long so we recommend booking tickets well in advance to get the best time for you. The London Eye is opposite the Houses of Parliament on the South Bank, catch the District line from Aldgate East Station next door to our hotel to Embankment Station and walk across the Golden Jubilee Bridges.

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The London Eye Pier. The pier entrance can be found to the left of The London Eye. Remember, this is a circular tour so it doesn’t stop until its return to the London Eye Pier.

Directions from Clayton Hotel City of London

Walk 1 minute to Aldgate East Station, take the district line towards Ealing Broadway and get off the train at Embankment. Walk about 8 minutes South-east on Golden Jubilee Bridges.
