The Hooley Show at Johnnie Fox’s consists of an appetizing 4-course meal followed by some traditional Irish folk music, Irish dancing and more. Johnnie Fox’s is open to children as young as six so it is an exciting night out for all groups, of all ages!

3. Dublin Ghost Tours

The history and folklore of Dublin city is the home of Bram Stoker, the author of Dracula and Dublin has lots of ghosts walking its streets and plenty of night tours on offer to try and find them! Give yourself a scare one night time in Dublin with Dublin Ghost Bus!

Dublin Ghost Bus is one of the most well-known tours in the city, it gives you a glimpse of Dublin’s underbelly, the darker side to Dublin’s Fair City that you never knew existed. 4. Visit the Theatre

Abbey Theatre is one of the most well-known theatres in Ireland and is also the national theatre of Ireland. Opened in 1904 by W.B. Yeats, you will find a schedule full of homegrown talents in The Abbey. It is a must visit on your staycation in Irelands capital and an entertaining way to spend night time in Dublin.

5. Enjoy Dublin’s Music Scene

Irish pubs are renowned worldwide for their lively atmosphere, with traditional Irish music attracting visitors from both home and abroad.

From the fiddle, bagpipes, flutes and other stringed instruments you can immerse yourself in the history and culture of Dublin city’s music scene. Temple Bar is a great location to catch live music any time of the night in Dublin or if you take a stroll through either of the main shopping streets in Grafton or Henry Street, you’ll likely catch talented street performers! 6. National Gallery

The National Gallery of Ireland is home to the national collection of Irish and European art. Admission is free, however you must book in advance. The gallery is open 6 days a week; Monday-Saturday. The Gallery can get busy during the daytime so there is a secret way to see everything the Gallery has to offer, visit on Thursday evenings!

The museum keeps its doors open until 8:30pm on Thursdays and 5.30pm on all other days, so you can view the large collection of Irish and International art at your leisure. Often there will be a local musician or DJ playing in the courtyard.
