Multi-Storey car park, Dublin Road (formerly NCP): Due to a change in ownership, car parking rates are currently under review. Please consult the car parking attendants or our reception team for more information before making use of the facilities as failure to register parking can incur fines from the parking company.

We are 20 minutes’ drive from George Best City Airport and 35 minutes’ drive from Belfast International

Yes, we can offer a Deluxe Double/single room which sleep’s 2 adults and 1 child. Or book one of our Deluxe family rooms which features a queen double bed and a large single bed, accommodating two adults and two children under 12 (sharing the large single).  We can also offer inter-connecting rooms.

Yes the hotel is fully accessible for wheelchair users

We do have in-room dining available for collection with some items available to order 24 hours a day.

Our Vitality breakfast is £15 for Adults and £10 for children when booked in advance upon check in. Otherwise breakfast is £20 for adults and £10 for Children.

Guaranteed check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs a £10.00 charge per hour. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the room from the day prior to arrival.

Check-out is 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a £10 per hour charge, up to a maximum of 3 hours. If you plan to avail of a late check-out please arrange with our reception team during your stay.

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide and assistance animals.

Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items such as Nitrous gas into our hotels, however, where canisters are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a £100 fee will be charged to the lead booker's card for each canister so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.
