1. Howth cliff walk
When it comes to watching the sunset over Dublin, there is no better vantage point than the Howth cliff walk and it’s the perfect couple activity to begin with. The full loop is 12km and takes around three hours to complete but there are options for shorter routes depending on where you choose to begin.
From the rocky coastline to the fresh sea air and rugged cliffs, this is certainly a hike that will have you captivated from beginning to end with its magnificent views. It’s also quite rocky in parts so do make sure you wear your trainers or walking boots for this one.

2. Raft down the Liffey
The River Liffey flows right through Dublin City Centre for 125KM before entering the Irish Sea and while you might not look at it and think of white-water rafting, you can take a journey on a raft down the Liffey. 3. Pop into Token

The whole tour lasts between two and three hours and during this time, you get to visit around seven different independent eateries in the city where you’ll also meet the people behind the establishment. 6. Malahide Castle
