    Things to do in Dublin with Teenagers

    Looking for activities for teenagers in the local Dublin area? We have put together a list of some of our favourite fun things to do in Dublin for your older kids and teens.

    Vue Liffey Valley

    With 14 screens and 2,600 seats, the Vue Cinema at Liffey Valley makes for the ultimate movie experience. Each screen is kitted with surround sound and 4K technology and if you feel like splashing out you can upgrade to their VIP recliner seats with tables. The cinema hosts regular ‘mini-morning’ screenings where you can watch the latest blockbuster family film at a discounted rate.

     

    Jump Zone

    Situated within Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Jump Zone is an indoor trampoline centre for both children and adults that spans over 25,000 square feet. Visitors can take part in a free jump or choose to take part in a range of activities such as dodgeball, the foam pit, and the battle beam. Bouncing is suitable for children over the age of five and there is a toddler soft play zone for those who are younger.

     

    Kylemore Karting

    Though technically located indoors, Kylemore Karting exists within a spacious industrial estate unit. There are three circuits to enjoy with different race types available for all ages. Families are welcomed and there are junior carts available for children from 4ft 6”.
    Karters will be fully briefed before taking off and all safety gear such as helmets and race suits is provided. Your family can compete in time trial sessions that last from 15 to 30 minutes on a chosen track.

     

    GoQuest

    GoQuest is an Indoor Challenge Arena that contains 29 unique challenges that range from physical, skill & mental challenges. It’s the best LIVE scoring, fully automated, indoor challenge adventure for friends, families, and groups.

     

    Segway Tour Phoenix Park

    A fun way to explore Phoenix Park and embrace the outdoors with a Park Segway tour. Phoenix Park is the largest enclosed park in Europe and what a great way to explore it that using the latest in green technology. The thrill of experiencing the Segway throughout the park and also seeing some of the main attractions with a brief history along the way is a sure way to have a perfect and unique day out for the family.

Their Classic Trip, which takes around 2.5 hours, takes you along the river through the beautiful Strawberry Beds, flowing downriver, while navigating four weirs. You will see stunning wildlife and discover some intriguing history on the way. Two, four and seven person rafts are available and groups of any size can be accommodated. The perfect family fun activity for all!
